The Vanadurgi Flavours and  Extract Pvt. Ltd. is working in Chitradurga , Haveri, Dharwar and Shimoga districts of Karnataka for the development of bio diesel . The seedlings of trees like  Jatropa, Honge etc are distributed in drought regions of these districts. We have association with farmers who have unproductive barren lands to take up such crops. A key farmer is identified in every suitable area and will be responsible  to manage  cultivation promotion  and later handling collection  the seeds from the farmers an deliver it to the unit.  We have plans to install a bio diesel factory in central Karnataka. Vanadurgi Foundation is operating as a NGO for the production of Jatropa in association with Vanadurgi Flavors and  Extract Pvt. Ltd.
