Vanadurgi Foundation has realised the importance of Fair -Trade Certification which is designed to allow people to identify products that meet agreed environmental, labour and developmental standards. We are working on  Fair-trade certified Coffee cultivation  in small Coffee holdings in  Chickmagalur taluk.   The certification under Flocert and Ecocert are under progress. 

Vanadurgi Foundation is working to form small farmers self help groups. These groups have separate identities and in combined names with Vanadurgi   as registered societies having farmers as members. All such farmer groups have signed MOU with Vanadurgi Flavours & Extracts Pvt. Ltd for marketing their Coffee. The company is providing funds   for such groups for certification, pre harvest expenses and also inputs for cultivation. The Coffee is cured into different grades at common processing centres in Chickmagalur and delivered as per customers requirements.
